In Today’s world, when prices of properties are increasing so rapidly, not everyone can afford to buy a new bigger property.

When we start works we excavate near front exterior wall to create an opening through which excavating of the basement will be carried out. A steel beam is inserted above an opening to maintain stability of the house and safe working conditions.
We will carry on underpinning of whole house. This is being done in set out sequence. Each underpin section is max 1200mm wide and consist of a base and a stem. We can excavate a few pins in different locations but never next to each other.
After all underpinning is completed, excavation under main house take place. During that process internal walls floors are being supported by steel beams and other vertical supports.
Generally new finished basement height is 2400mm.
For waterproofing we only use approved membranes such as those provided by Delta. This way we can assure our clients that they receive best product and peace of mind over years. Our staff is trained by Delta so we can issue all relevant warranties.
